How much hardpack, how much powder? 50/50 or more like 80/20?

You might want to look at one of the finger tracks, they do better on hardpack than some of the straight paddle tracks

Its about 50/50 hard pack trail getting out of town then all off trail riding, its hard getting info on big tracks out here in Ont but the finger track is what I was thinking about, I guess I just have to try it to find out.
Thanks for the reply

Maverick does work good in both conditions. Arctic cat also has anew track out this year (Powderclaw) that is suppose to be the next great thing. It is also a finger paddle cross. The only thing is it is not proven yet. I ran a Maverick on my last 2 sleds works great very little trenching.

I found a new track for $500 never used from a RMK 2007 144 2".....I don't know if I should spend the extra on a finger track $900. How is the Rmk 2" track on the hard pack? Do the lugs tear easy?
