New can install for 07 summit 1000

Hey guys I just put a mbrp can on my sled and there is no spot for the stock exhaust gas temperature sensor, how can I install this in the new can or will the sled function fine without it? I would assume it would make it run too rich. Thanks in advanceTravis

You have the wrong can, you need the one with the sensor port on it. Take it back and get the right can, part number 1220114.

you might weld the proper size bung in it and then reinstall the temp probe....... My mbrp can has about a 2" extension welded onto the can(if i remember correctly), then the bung is welded onto the end, because the sensor is quite long.........
