need help installing under hood goggle bag

I bought a RSI under hood goggle warmer last year and lost the instructions. From my research, it is supposed to be mounted to the underside of the hood, above the can

How do you attach the bag to the hood? The bad has a loop on each of the 4 corners and I suppose you could use zip ties. My problem is I don't know what to attach the zip ties to. The underside of the hood seems smooth with no real obvious attachment points.

any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if the goggle bag you bought is the same as mine, but I ended up taking the hood off my sled and working two Velcro loops around the carbon fibre over structure, along with sticking a plastic stick through a couple of drilled holes, and two more loops that attached to the right knee panel.

Sorry for being so vague, but it's the best my tired old brain can manage at this hour. I'll try and get better details and a few pictures if you don't figure it on your own or with help from the community.
