need help buying sled from US

hey guys, i need help buying a sled from the US
me and the guy im dealing with are un sure on how to change the title over and everything, and i am wondering if anyone could help me out,
ill pay casino cash to who ever helps me lol

Title / bill of sale has to be to the border 48 hrs before the sled gets there. You pay the GST and RIF fee at the border and then have to get it inspected whenit gets here for registration. check out the canada border services website and the rif (register of imported vehicles) website and they have it all spelled out for you

What kind of sled are you buying Brad?

its a xrs 800 with the clutch updates and everything, and has the 08 motor with the slp performance package that puts out 172 hp and has a camoplast 174 2.5 track and ice age rails

I think it's still a good buy depending on milage and condition.

Anytime Brad! Just becareful with the things we talked about. He has to have the Title in hand! If no Title no deal! It means he doesn't own it outright. Either he owes the bank or another lender some money on the sled. If he does ask him to please fax you a copy so you can check the Serial # etc... (you can't do anything with a faxed copy, it comes up with VOID markings once the bright light from a fax or copier hits it!) so he has nothing to worry about and you can make sure that he is for real.
