So my wife got me a SJ4000 for me birthday, but I'm wondering how everyone mounts it to their helmet.
It came with a "helmet mount" but it just has some 2 sided tape. Will that hold up to the cold?

Any tried and true suggestions?

Thanks!

That 3m sticks real well. Make sure the helmet is clean and dry. Put a fish leader on it if your really worried.

Yea, upon closer inspection, it looks like I've used this tape elsewhere.
Apparently you can use it on stucco and need piano wire to get it off haha.

Now to decide if I want it up top or on the side.....

Side gets in the way of the goggles... top gets caught on trees and gives a fish eyed look... under the visor gives the best perspective but may be in your vision and annoying... on the cheek plate/chin guard get fogged up....

pick your poison.

Buddy tried that last year. Worked pretty good till he ended up in a creek..... handle bars did a number. Haha.
