more HP for a 01 summit

Hey fellas a buddy of mine has a new to him stock 2001 skidoo summit 800. He is lookig to get a little more horse power out of the thing. What are some of the best things out there he can do?

Have you done anything with your clutching? Probably have a whole bunch of power hiding in the clutches if you havent.

I found it easier to take weight off the sled. I put a lexan hood on, lost the lights and guages. Remove the idler wheels and put a can on it. Shaved off about 35 pounds. Then I put a Team secondary on and new spring in the primary. It works well.
