MCX 180 Bogging

Need some help on my 180 kit. Worked great last year on Boulder at revy at 6-8000 ft. Took it to Wyoming and rode at 10000ft and it had a bog at 4500-5500 rpm. Is that due to clutching that is setup for 6-8000ft?

I'm thinking yes, As you mentioned the bogging was at an RPM where it it's not quite making any pressure yet.
