I have been tempted to load the bike into the enclosed and head down to Calgary. Could the the dirt bike at the track and burn around on the street bike after. But I think I can wait little longer......maybe

What is that? I thought BMW at first but the clutch cover and chain drive make me think otherwise. Hondasaki?

Well I probably wont ride the street bike and the dirt bike is a 50/50 with the snow that came in, I still can play with them. Got some go fast sprockets for both bikes. The Aprilia get a 1 tooth sprocket smaller in the front and 2 teeth larger in the rear. The Kawi get a 2 tooth sprocket smaller in the front. Got some new shorty levers for the kawi to put on too. Still have some new smaller mirrors and a tidy tail coming for the Aprilia that should be here in the next couple days too. Yahoo.

The sprocket changes on the Aprilia will bring the power band into a more usable range. It is geared way too high. As the the kawi it came with a 14 tooth factory. Someone installed a 15. The bike is pretty gutless some dropping one tooth below stock should help. So yes the top end will suffer on both bikes but I don't need my street bike to do 240 and the woods bike needs to be able to lift that front end easier.

I'm happy that I'm up at work for 2 weeks right now, with the weather that we are getting back home. I'm definitely in bike mode now, and the weather looks like it will be way better when I'm home in a couple weeks.

How do they sound? I would love to get a cat delete and slip on for my bike but at 1500 they have to wait.
