m 1000 issues with the boondocker control box

hi i ride an m1000 ive got a speedwerx y and pipe, mbrp can. boondocker control box and boondocker nos. ive got a horrible mid throttle bog and im wondering if any one can steer me in the right direction.

I was running a Boondocker box on my 07 with an SLP pipe MBRP can and Vforce reeds and 3° timing advance. I was running into the same issues as you. I switched to the Power Commander 5 with Auto tune and haven't looked back
