Sounds like to me your rave valves are not opening or dpm not working. Or your running a extremely steep helix, but I doubt it. What clicker are you on? What altitude were you running it at?

The guys with the 08's were upgrading there clutching to 09 specs. Brand new primary spring? what secondary spring? what clicker you on? what elevation are you doing your testing? were the rollers in good shape? I am running pretty much the same as you and you should be pretty close you just need to fill in the blanks.

Doing my testing at roughly 2000 feet have a new primary spring as well new yellow sec spring seems to pull hard on #1 clicker then falls flat been up to#6 not the pull what about a jetting chart for elevation need some help up to 6500 feet maybe to lean/rich also needle shimming?

I would talk to big john with the jetting/clutching he helped me with mine and he was spot on with his jetting no issues there at all. Also roosterbuilt is the only one that makes a clutch kit for the bb he has done lots of testing with different set ups and different tracks. I would highly reccomend giving these two guys a call very knowledgeable.

My old 08 split second 860 146 x 2.5 w/ 160/350 primary 19g pin weight, 21/45 gearing, stock 2ndary pulled 7900 RPM on clicker 3 flawlessly. I ran as low as 450s but ended back on 480s with stock needles.

I agree with checking your rave valve function and inspect your primary. Easy to do

The primary clutch he ran did screw up on him. He robbed some parts from me to get back going again for a Monday ride. The raves are something I think that should be looked at again though since I seem to remeber a little issue about them when we put it together.
