I'd like to add electric start to my sled that my wife as adopted. There are a couple of electric start parts sets out there for sale but the guys do not take the ring gears off when they take them off their sleds and sell them. Are all drive clutches setup to install a ring gear (pre drilled) or do I need to install the entire clutch with a factory ring gear attached? Ebay has a couple of ring gears for older sleds but not the 07, around $160 (and that could be put toward a new clutch), so the cost puts me up to the price of a new kit from the dealer (699 + 90 shipping). Any ideas?
