Looking for a 15"x148" track

Does anyone have, or know where I can find a 15"x148" track to fit a 1989 Polaris longtrack?

could you make a 144 fit got one with 1.25 lug off polaris switchback with 2.5 pitch

I think it would take a lot more work to make a 144" fit as compared to going up to a 151". Plus, I'm not sure the pitch is the same either. Thanks though.
