ktm 250 sxf HARD TO START COLD

I just got a 2007 ktm 250 sxf. the guy I got it from demonstrated it ran good. (started 5rd kick) I took it for a spin and stalled it, but it started back up good. now I let it sit for like 2 hours It will NOT start! any ideas?

I'm a big guy, but them 4 strokes are a real bi** * to start. Don't think there is any problem with it

Might as well check ur valve clearances while ur at it
