Just picked up 2006 Summit 800 Adrenaline

Just picked up this 06 Summit adrenaline 800 144 track, all stock, nice shape 2000 miles, guy told me in was km but when i got there and made the deal noticed it was in miles.. Anyway got it cheap enough and his wife only drove it and was always trailered enclosed she was in nice shape..

So im new to these 2 smokes riding turbo thumpers wandering what are the best low cost mods to do??
Its gonna be a back up and my daughters sled so keepin it mild as far as motor goes.
Picked up a can MBRP, needs bars and riser, the stockers are brutle same with seat.. Clutching?? Not sure what to do here?? Or any other low cost changes??
Maybe longer track?? Will a xp slid fit this chasis?? Maybe 154 or 146??

buddy of mine had a 144 on his rev. it went alot of places just had to work harder at it. clutching look at a DJ kit. mountian mod makes an real cumfy seat for those things.
