Well I just had to start Mine today also but it is so finely tuned there wasn't must exhaust smoke.
Of course after I had it fired up the neighbor(Ryeser) had to start his again.It was like dueling banjos with Sleds He'd rev His And I'd Rev mine.It was like they were talking to each other and saying "Lets get Sledding"
I hope to get out a few times this year as long as the Guys will invite me along.:d:d:d.Yes it is running just not much smoke.
