I ordered some Klim gear. Good service but I was charged duty when it was shipped across the border so I could have bought in Canada for the same price.

Issues were quickly resolved over the phone.

I ordered a boss seat for my firecat that was supposed to be in stock but took two months to get. Sent some emails they responded quickly and said boss didn't deliver to them on time. They also had boss contact me and apologize.

I was ordering a fresh air kit for my M8 and they quoted a $95.00 shipping fee so I cancelled the order and asked why so much but havn't heard back yet.

Sled parts just returned my email to them which took only about 40 minutes and say they will ship for $20.00
