Idle adustment on 09 Dragon

Got dragon that will not Idle.
Where is the idle adjustment.
I see cable adjustment at bars but can't find adjustment down below.

Adjusting the TPS which is the throttle position sensor to the spec'd voltage will bring your idle up to the proper rpm. Your dealership can do this for you or some people have built tools o do it themselves.
