Just curious what everyone uses for sleds for getting out on the lake, I don't mean Snowmobile I mean the pull behind toboggans?

Costco has these ones right now but I cannot find any information about whether you can get a snowmobile hitch setup for it?

They don't come with the hitch anymore! They have the cover but no hitch.

That’s the 52 inch it’s usually sold like that. I don’t think that one has the uhmw runners on it either.

I think It was the 72 that Costco use to sell as the complete package.

But Canadian tire sells the draw bar and cover separate if you find a deal on the sled. Or buy them all when CT put them on sale.

I have both. You want the 72 or I think there is one wider. That would be mint. Fit the 120 sleds better when needed. The 72 is just a but narrow so one ski dangles and it’s a bit off balance

Get the trek 75. That way t
Your auger fits in nice. That small won’t fit the auger it sticks out, then you can’t use the cover and it fills with snow. And the new ice shelters are long! My Eskimo 60th anniversary doesn’t fit in my 75 even.

I won an Outbreak 850Xd it's big and hefty thus why I am searching for a sled.

Auger is next on the list

I’d get a bigger sled then. After a few years it’s crazy what you accumulate for ice fishing lol. Auger, tent, heater with propane bottle, tip ups, ice scoops, tackle box, rod box and list goes on lol

Picked up this Eagle Claw Jet Sled this year at surplus herbys in Vernon for $69.99.

First year with my own as used to just have bucket and rods and buddy had the rest of the gear. Picked up tent and auger as well as a few other items to have the full setup. Plan to head out when not sledding.

The places i go towing a sled would be impossible. I have a very light weight pull taboggan, i use some carpet underlay on my tunnel, place the taboggan on my tunnel. I pack chairs and the rest of the crap you need for ice fishing minus the tent. The electric drill takes seconds to drill an 8 inch hole. My sled with all the gear on it handles and performs just like and empty sled.
