It looks like you have a pay pal scammer. Next they will probably say that the freight company only takes payment from western union so can you pay and they will add it to the transaction plus 10% thru paypal.

Kijji does have a report section, if you want to pass it along to them. Him/her/ they will pop up again.

Yup

That's definitely a scam. No doubt. You can tell by the grammar it's a foreigner as well. Why else would he give you the address of his worksite? Is he homeless? Who does that?

They route everything through a proxy server. Pretty hard to track them.

I get those all the time about my boat I have forsale. Just got one today! The real funny thing is I sold that boat in July lol
