How tall of a Riser on M1000..

How tall of a riser can I go on my 2009 M1000 before the wiring is to short?? I have a 3 inch on there now but would like to go with a 5 inch riser. I know I will have to get new throttle cable and brake line, but just wondering about the electrical..... Any input would be great

You can do 5 inch on standard post without new throttle cable extension, just routecable to opposite side of the motor. Wiring will be long enough for 5 inch as well. For the brake line just go to Napa and some steel brake line tubing and fittings, attach it to the brake and connect to the existing hose ... should cost you less than $10 total.
