With the lock down from Corona virus your witnessing what social existence looks like. Government is dictating when and where we can go. Line ups for minimal supplies and social services are over run. Keep in mind in Canada this is taking place and less then a single small town of confirmed cases.

They know their way around the rules and freebies too. And you and I pay for it while they are multi million dollar farming companies. ( income below poverty line. Glasses, dental, Chiro is all paid for by govt)
They are into everything under the sun that makes money ( good business people) but use the colony or farming company as an escape goat to keep from having to pay like any other Tom dick or Harry would with a company.
You can’t have 50 people on your farm that you provide for. You have to pay cpp ei etc and they have to claim those benefits as income housing vehicle etc

You can’t compete against them it’s impossible when you have to pay good wages for help to run labour intensive operations.
Coupled by the fact the ones by us try to buy anything and everything in sight for 2x what it’s worth or feasible to pay.

End rant lol

Joe rogan has said that ppl shouldn't be allowed to vote until 30. There goes 80% of liberal and ndp voters.
Here in golden a guy i know, his 10 yr old daughters class was studing the recent federal election. The teacher was getting the kids to tell their parents to vote ndp! Seriously!

It feels like we are in the verge of experiencing socialism first hand. Goverment lock downs, empty shelves and businesses closing. Not a good short term future right now. Hopefully we can pull together for the long term. I hope the government doesn’t get to comfy with all this control they currently have.

You don’t have to listen to govt tho. Go ahead and be in public and around as around as many people as you like. Haha

seems too me lots would love a socialist dictatorship right now. lock everyone down, and then pay everyone sick pay to stay home. the guys that work for us seem to think that sounds pretty good....

I am doing my best at keeping myself from getting this stupid flu. My mother is 63 and has a mild asthma so she is my concern. I’m sure the government at this point is giving us the best advise possible but how far does it go and for how long. That’s my concern. This is why the second amendment in the US is so important.
