A little different twist for this section as it doesn't pertain to eliminating the back country because of avalanches but interesting just the same.
There were a couple of high placed "greenies" from WildSight in Victoria awhile back and you can bet they were into heavy discussions revolving Bill 30.
We have to get organized, join clubs and champion our cause or we will be like our southern neighbors and all of a sudden wake one morning and have 23million acres in jeopardy.
