Started our two project sleds 2 weeks ago, so I thought I would start a thread. Hell cat (pro climb 800)Full carbon fibre chassey, fuel tank, intake and hood, courtesy of c3 powersports.C3 belt driveTimbersled rear skidCutler stage 2 turboBalanced and welded crankFox evo x up front156 x 2.5 camo extremeSled graphic and assembly by wkm in lloydminster.Trying to come in at 400lbs ready to ride, will add pics as the build progresses. Sled will be at the snow show in October. Phat cat ( pro climb 1100 turbo)Carbon fibre tank, with light weight battery relocate and carbon fibre hood and intake.(c3 powersports)2860 turbo upgrade, set up to run 300hp with modified exhaust outlet.162 x 2.5 camo extremeClarion stereo, just cause! Provided by sound obsessions in lloydminsterSled design and built by wkm in lloydminster. Potentially, full carbon chassey, belt drive.Trying to get this one too 475lb. Given the late release of the 1100's, we will likely have to settle for 495lbs. Many other mods but you will have to weight too see at the snow show. I will keep pics coming as we get them on thus one as well.If there is something you would like to see, but are afraid to try it yourself post it here we may incorporate it. Enjoy!

quick update!

hellcat in a billion pieces still, picking up nextech skid tomorrow morning, then heading to blairmore to grab linderman built 800, then to sicamous to start assemble while c3 finishes up tunnel. pick up culter turbo on tuesday in kelowna then back to sicamous for assembly. never been this tight on a schedule in my life. the sled will be at the sled show finished or not! whatever we get done will be there.

As many of you already know cat delayed 1100 turbos so phat cat is on hold till we get a sled. thats the bad news! we did however throw togethee a tree thrasher for the show, it has a kickass stereo too! thats right a stereo! why would you put a stereo on a sled? you ask. cus we can, plus who doesnt want to listen to brittany spears while havin a weeny roast, hehehehe. very cool though and not a gimick. built with JL HD amp (size of a pack of cigarettes) and marine JL 6.5 compents. come check it out.

sorry no pics, see em at the show.

power to weight is 2lbs per 1hp everyday riding, but it can run 300hp, so 1.33 lbs per 1 hp.

dollars per pound
first 15lbs=$300 can
next 15lbs=$1000 belt drive
next 15lbs=$1500 hood
next 15lbs=$2000 tank
next 15lbs=$4000 tunnel
next 15lbs=$4500 skid

these are all ball park, so don't jump all over me about figures down to the cent and weight down to the ounce. it gives a pretty good base line
