Changing o2 sensor on a 14 sierra and cannot figure out how to unhook this plug. There is not alot of room in there either so it's hard to try things. Any help would be great. Thanks.

the white tab slides outward,it is a lock tab, then you can push on the other spot where the white tab sat and then connector will come apart, hard to explain . but the white tab locks the connector tab so slide out white tab and then other connector should just push down and connector will pull apart

I slid the white part back but still couldn't get it apart. So your saying to push down as well where the white clip slid out of?

once the white tab is slid back you should be able to push a tab down where white tab was and then pull connector apart

Slide the white tab up
then if you look at where the male and female join
you will see the lock. It will be kind of inside the connector
Reach in with a small screw driver
you can push the lock up while pulling the two half’s apart
and they should release

Also, push the 2 halves of the connector together while you push the tab down. Helps take the tension off. Then pull apart.
