All I can say is wow! I thought Goose Tower had snow... Fox has hills, cut lines, lakes and did I mention Snow?! Fox has almost too much snow for my 136 track. It was a great day with Big Bird, Faltoutandfishtailing aka Raven aka Tinfoil, Smurff and Duff (Rick). We had a few spills, many thrills and a chill or two. Here are a couple pics to start this thread off: :):Snowmobile1:

THANKS for the awsome day!

We found one stump the entire day, The snow is so deep, I would say 2 feet base and 2.5 feet of POW and in some areas there was more. My skis bearly hit the snow all day, felt like i was doin wheelies, my sled trenches so much. Sorry I did not take any more pics, but there should be some more pics and vids to come from others. I would rather go here than Goose, so many more options. There are hundreds of cutlines in Fox, we went down one which ate up all of our fuel. It had not been touched yet this year, didn't see anyone else the whole day. Just about ran out of gas, can't believe just how much power it takes to go 25 MPG through this stuff!

Jerry can did great, thanks to smurff and his genius ideas!

Fox Vegas AB
R Rating Warning Powder Deep, :d
Not for any 121" tracks.

We started a 10:00am Off trails all day, and were at 1/2 tank of gas at 12km
That should tell you how hard the sleds were working.
Ride for 2 to 4 min and have to rest of 10min.

You will need to bring extra gas on your sled,
along with extra Belt or 2.

We went with people we KNOW if you want to get out there go with some you know OR stick to the trailers Fox to Whitcourt...

It sure did get a work out. Just weighed myself and I lost almost 10 pounds of sweat (I mean fat) yesterday. My trail sled is not meant for that type of work! Neither is my body! I picked the wrong type of clothing to wear too. You will have to come and destroy your Kitty with us when we go next!

Myself, No bad days, Brew_doo, amunro and a couple of other guys rode from Whitecourt to fox Creek Yesterday. Trails were great, hats off to the fox Creek club and Harold Bellwood for their grooming. There is a ton of snow still out there, lots untouched.
Heres a clip from a sloough with a couple of beaver dams on it, unfortunately I didn't turn the camera on until we had pretty much destroyed the snow in there. It was untouched before we got there.

Sorry about the bad camera angle first day with it. lots of wind noise too.

brew_doo had to use his shovel to get unstuck once. Suzy cues is a good place to chow down in fox Vegas too.

Glad to see that you are still alive, at one point I was not sure if you were going to make it. You can sure take a beating! Did you happen to have any video of me being an idiot?
