Finally picked up a sled! 97 mach 1

When growing up in a small town in Northern Ontario, everyone had a sled and most people put a lot of miles on them. I had a 91 Mach 1 that I put 20,000km on that I sold in 1999. I've wanted a mach 1 or mach z triple ever since and finally found one for dirt cheap so i drove down to Leduc and bought it yesterday! It's a 97 Mach 1 with a 700cc triple. It needs a few things such as a new seat skin and sliders as well as some good maintenance work.

Now I have something to get me through the hellish winters up here and gives me something else to tinker with.

Thanks guys. I always loved this generation machs and since I haven't sledded in 10+ years, it will be a good low dollar introduction back into the sledding world. Once I get back into it I may look for an 07 mach z next yr.

Triples to me have the best sound out of any other sled I've heard and I do remember them to be f@ckin fast in a straight line!
