Fernie Area Accommodations??

We are planning on making a trip sledding in the Fernie area and hoping for some Accommodation recommendations. Something sledder friendly, close to good food, parking.

I had to call 6 places today to book a room, so at this stage you're banking on people cancelling.

If you can get into the Super8, we have always found them to be a good value. Clean rooms, hot tub etc.

The Best Western is closer to downtown and has a Boston Pizza attached but I have no personal experience.

I have only stayed at the best western in town and it is very nice. Nice clean and modern rooms with a nice hot tub/pool area the only downside is that it can be pricey. Last time I stayed there it was 130ish a night I think. Rooms also seem to fill up fast as well.

The Park Place Lodge is my favourite. Great pub, good restaurant on premises, pool and hot tub. A little pricey as it is in a ski town but great services. 250-423-6871
