At 2:50 this morning a blue truck and a car pulled into the Holiday Inn in Whitecourt. They broke into my 2004 White Ford F350 with a 2015 Ski Doo 800SP in the box and hauling a 2 place enclosed trailer with a 2014 Summit 800X and a 2016 MXZ Backcountry 800X in it and drove off with it all. If you have any information please private message me.

Sorry to hear, any older then 2011 super duty needs an aftermarket immobilizer and security system on it. Stock they are very easy to steal and the most stolen truck in the continent. A blade screw driver and rock + 8 seconds is all it takes for a crook to take that big expensive truck.

GPS trackers on the sleds are good too.

Hopefully the sleds will be recovered, mine was stolen and recovered twice. The MXZ is a rare beast out west so keep an eye out. They typically will list on kijiji and take it down after the first bite. Make sure all 3 VINs are reported as stolen and if there are leins on the sleds inform your bank as well. I will keep an eye out for you. Best of luck.

a rock??? a thin blade screwdriver or long skinny jackknife is all that is needed to break into a truck under the door handles(that is why there are updated exterior door handles with a blocking plate available now)... then use the screwdriver to pop off the ignition cover and you're on your way ;)

A tuned hacksaw blade works great.

Sad thing is that I work for Ford and fixing stolen trucks is part of my job, but you assume it's not ever going to happen to you.
