Electric start removal

I am removing the electric start on an 07 and remember reading somewhere that there is something in the wiring harness that needs to be changed or the sled will not run without a battery, can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you look up on the left side of the sled above the secondary you should see a small pig tail with a relay on it.
Thats the one you need to replace...

starter is different 06 and 07

I have an 07 Adrenaline the wifey rides, would make me some kind of hero if I could find an electrics start for her.
