I found out today that the small 'socket' wrench that doo gives you in the OEM toolkit is the perfect size to splint a broken tie rod on an 06 summit. The wrench, a couple of tie raps and a bit of duct tape and you are good for at least 85kmh on a groomed trail.......

great thinking summitqueer. that tool also makes a great little emergency "tobacco" pipe, tin foil over the end and poke a few holes....good to go.
