We rode the last three days in a row, with out a doubt, the best early season snow that I can recall. Top three feet is powder, with a decent base under that. Approximately 9-10 feet at 5000', with perhaps 15 feet in the alpine areas. We are not hitting any submerged or hidden objects.

Great Snow..... enough to stage at the parking lot too...., trails groomed nicely.... great fun.

It has turned COLD here in Revy this week, should set the snow up good... We did not get the big dump that came through Vancouver and the Okanagan, but we have more snow forecasted for Wednesday and Thursday. Looks as though it will be a great season, we even have snow on the lower trails.

Heading to Revy today

:) :) Glad to hear conditions in Revy are at there early season best as we are heading there today with the crew from Rocky Mountain Tours & Cycle works!
It is a great time ,ride the bus to Revy and have a few woobly pops:p , when we get there tonight sleds are all there and unloaded from the semi waiting for us to head out Friday morning into the steep and deep.:D

Will let you all know what the conditions were like on Boulder and Frisby when I get back, if I come back, if conditions are good maybe I can convince all 31 sleders to stay another week!!

I'm back and had a blast in Revy

:D
Here is the report from the last three days riding Boulder & Frisby in Revy

AWESOME

Got there late Thursday night and it was snowing hard, woke up the next morning to partly cloudy skys. Headed up Boulder to find clear skys and three - five feet of fresh untracked powder:eek: We had a blast, it was the first time I have ever rode Boulder on a clear day and that much fresh new virgin snow, if you were not there you missed the best riding ever!!

We spent the entire three days riding in fresh deep powder on Boulder and Frisby. Bottom line is it is excellent early season conditions.

When we left Revy last night, it was snowing hard:eek:
