clutch issue

ok guys i need a little help here. i have a p85 clutch with a bad roller. i have removed spider and have decidedto do the bushing on the sliding sleeve and the pucks as well. my issue is after assembly with new pucks the spider doesn't fit in the tower! is there a way that one shaves the pucks or is it possible Polaris have given me the wrong ones?

take the spider with the puck in and squeeze in the vise to seat the pucks try that , or use three old pucks and three new pucks index them

Don't forget the pucks must be shimmed to ensure proper operating clearance.
