I KNOW that you can buy them in pairs. Or at least you used to be able to. May take 4-8 weeks to get them tho. Not too sure about individuals.

You can still get them in pairs but not single. If you come up dry on Kijiji or E-Bay, it might be worth trying some of the local truck outfitters who may have split up a package for customers in need of only one.
