Bragg Creek is a write off for sledding in my opinion. Even if there is enough snow the trails are so rutted up from 4x4 off-road vehicles in the summer and quads in the winter that it is not worth going there.
It's actually McLean Creek where you can quad and sled, Bragg creek area has no motorized access. You can try the Sibbald flats area, staging at Dawson Creek, but that is just riding the Powder Face road, and is seldom worth it. Just go to Cataract Creek, check the SW Alberta Forum in the Riding area section as there is an active thread this year.
