Bradley Smoker Problem

I have a 4 rack digital smoker/oven and it seems that the oven element is not heating up!The smoker one works and was wondering did anyone else have issues with these smokers?O r have an idea what I should look it maybe it's something simple.Thanks!

Is the element heating up at all? Or is it heating up and not getting the oven hot enough.

I have heard reports that say that if using it in a cold Canadian winter the heating element is not powerful enough

You can purchase a second element from Bradley that might cure the problem

Happened to me a couple of times, I just wiggled the plugs and it started working.

Sounds like these things are hard on elements!Guess I have to pick up a couple!
