Best screws to mount mudflaps?

So I have a set of bullet proof mudflaps stainless with the rubber bottoms, what are the best screws to mount with. Here is my dilemma carbon steel rust and look terrible, big old rust runs already. Is a zinc coated screw happy with the stainless screwing into a carbon steel body? Stainless on stainless will work but will have galvanic issues with the truck body. Soooo what do use and where do you get them? Need about a 3/8" self tapping around 1.25" to 1.5" long.

Stainless nuts/bolts. I put rubber grommets between mudflat and fender. No metal-on-metal
