Fletcher's Dry Cured, good bacon you can buy in a regular grocery store. My brother brings us bacon he buys from a butcher in Marysville, out by Kimberly, they smoke it themselves. Excellent. Most store bacon has water injected into it which is why you spend the first 10 minutes boiling the water out, and then it ends up shrinking so much.
