was taking a look at the secondary today and noticed what i thought seemed to be sitting pretty low.It was below the sheave,i know that they should be higher but how high?
I moved it up so now it's sitting about 1/8" above,is that enough or should it be a bit higher,Thanks

Rule of thumb, for Poo anyway and I would assume all others would be the same, is to have the cord line of the belt at the top edge of the sheave:beer:

I have mine with the cord line of the belt just under the top edge of the sheave. Any tighter and it squeals on mine anyway.

In my head
Set your deflection so the that the track just slightly creeps at idle, with track off the ground.
