BCA radio issue

I got a link radio at the sled show this year and got to use it for the first time last weekend. My group was saying my voice was very low, i thought the mic may of got water in it and froze so I Gave it a good chance to dry out and just tried it again with the same result. Others come in loud and clear. So it obviously a Mike issue.
Crappy deal since these radios are very pricy for a GMRS radio.

Anyone else have any problems with these?

I heard of this once before, take it back too where you got it they will likely replace it.

I agree with Lyle, BCA takes great care of customer. Dealer know this and step up.

We'd had a couple from the very first batch we received from BCA that were doing the same thing. If you return it to your dealership they can do a claim with BCA and get it replaced for you. They took care of our customers so you shouldn't have an issue!

I got in touch with BCA and they were very accommodating in helping me out. They were even going to send a mike to the glacier in revy for me for my upcoming xmas ride, cause they had spare mikes. I decided to send the whole radio to them just incase there was a issue with the main unit.
