Anyone riding Cranbrook/Kimberley area?

Anyone been out yet this season? Wanted to know if it's worth going out to look for some snow, wanna try out the new sled and work the bugs out if there are any. Also gonna be looking for some people to go ride with here and there, I ride with a couple people but it's nice to have a good group of people.

I have seen photos of people out riding in Lumberton. Looks a bit skinny to me so far but good for road riding if you want to work out the kinks. I would love to go riding with ya but I have kids and only get to ride a couple times a year it seems.

lumberton had about 3-4 feet of snow up helmut ridge! and supposedly 4 feet in the perry creek/vor tower area

Guys were riding on Moyie on Sunday. Only about a foot of snow though.

Sound like I might have to go out this weekend see what I can find, maybe have some more snow by then too!

Snow was knee deep powder on Gray Creek Summit 1 week ago. Should be another foot today.

Yeah gonna take the sled Out Sunday probably lamb creek with a couple people to try the sled out, stoked to go ride!

I actually drove the road all the way for the first time this past summer, found a nice little place to camp along Redding Cr.

Where did this friggin' cold weather come from???????? -20C this morning. That'll screw up the bottom layer of the snowpack for sure.

I ride Gray Creek weekly. Not as much fun since the power line was removed and road deactiveated.

We can still get up to the powerline pass from this side, i haven't been down the west side since they decommishioned the line. Is it not posible anymore?
We were up there on sunday, could of froze the balls off a brass monkey but still was fun to get out.

It is still passible but there is a major wash out thar could be tricky in fresh power. Here is a summer photo of the wash out
