Just wondering, anybody ever try waxing their sled finish, to save it when bashing thru the trees? If so, what did you use? Brands? etc.

I do...I use a mothers or meguires brand of wax usually before the season.

in season..I use plexus, maxima, or 303 on plastic. plexus works awesome on goggle to keep snow or freezing rain from sticking.

In them hills.
Also read in a sled mag that fluid film works good in the skid for corrosion protection and the lanolin it contains prevents snow build up.

Just a spray a crap load of fluid film on the skid?

For the tire dressing, my sled is wrapped so would I have snow sticking issues besides inside the skid and tunnel?
