825 psi engine

Got a 2000 rmk 700 with a seized engine and I found a 825 psi motor for sale .Just wondering if anybody knows much about these engines and if it would be a good fix or not ??????

I have never heard much good about the PSI engines. Had the PSI dial a dome head once and worked but couldn't keep it sealed. All others the same if you looked at the coolant it would be black .
If it is real cheap give it a try,blows up through it away.
