250xcf too small?

Gf is 5'8 120lbs, would. 250xcf be to small to run a snowbike track? Was thinking about getting bikes for the summer than use them in the winter.

Maybe ktm 250xcf for summer and put a 280 kit on it for her for the winter? Going to run recluse clutches.

I'd be more concerned about track speed than it being able to haul her around. Thinking it would be a chainsaw.

Could gear it down to have more mechanical advantage to pull a high gear.
