except it was released at the same time, there was no 2016 G4 in the MXZ. The matrix already exists in the trail segment and will be brought into the mountain segment.

They always do that Sean, run them down east and release to the west.

4000kms on any mountain ridden sled and you're on borrowed time
I disagree. Ive seen many go over 5 without an issue. My buddy rebuilt his rev at 6,000 MILES and it wasn't needed. He just wanted to for peace of mind. We tore it apart and it looked very clean. And it was a mod too. 163 T3 skid, lower gearing, clutching, twin pipes. It was a beast. I know that's the exception though, not the rule. I just know quite a few similar stories

The majority are done at 3500-4000 kms as people don’t look after them and run the chit out of them .
But if looked after and warmed up and not a blipalot . Lol
Have seen the Doo’s go over the 10000 kms without much trouble and motor not being touched.
Not the normal though .

Agreed. Definitely depends on maintenance. Most don't make it that high, but its not completely uncommon either haha

600 etec Wifes sled Lived its life in heated garage, allways warmed up, never overheated 6000km and compression is 105 pto and 95 mag

Not worth just doing top end at that mileage and shortblock way to go I am told. Not really impressed. 1st year etec and I understand there was changes to pistons and cylinders in subsequent years. Like people say do not buy 1st year anything

Lol, I would be pretty happy to get 6000km on a engine.

Either do the top end at 4000 or have a 4 year warranty. It's one or the other if you ride hard.

I was at the local dealer today and cat has something for the 60th anniversary next year. Probably for the east is my thoughts.

Looks like the 2022 colours were accidentally put up on doo’s website. I’d post screenshots I saw on crack book but Tapatalk is about the worst app going for putting up pictures.
