2013 m8000 electric start issue

have a small issue electric start doesn't work runs fine with pull start. I've check all fuses and relay, battery voltage is good, tested the key switch is good, tested wires through out the harness all have good connection and continuity.

any ideas would help

What's it do when you turn the key to start position?

Are you sure the battery voltage is good. They can show a decent voltage sometimes until you apply a load and it will drop to nothing.
