im running 1100 turbo speedwerks 240 program tubes air kit last year cluching is not working think it might b brakeing in 1100 miles hitting the rev limiter loaded the daltons 94 grams stock helex 42 40 popingthe belt over primary now just tryed a strate 36 droped to 90 grams 1/2" from the top but is not pulling my arms off ??? whats every one running

MDS weights, polaris gold spring in primary. Running a Team Tied, so setup will be useless to you. I should add that I do NOT ride locally, ever - only in the mountains.
This setup provides a lower engagement, & pulls smooth right to 7900 RPM. I would recommend a helix with a higher finish angle, say a 40 / 44 or 40 / 46. Or call T&T Powersports, they have a bunch of time on the Speedwerx kitted M1100's, and can probably set you up.
