2012 550xp EPS Error Code 520194-3

The other half busted off her throttle flipper, and now that I've replaced it I'm getting error code 520194-3 which means "throttle safety signal - voltage too high"

Does anyone know how to quickly and painlessly rectify this issue?

She's supposed to be racing at Bruderhiem on Saturday......

Also seen somewhere that there is a software update that rectifies this code

Also read TPS and throttle have to read the same voltage to be in sync with each other if one reads higher it detects it as one of them stuck wide open and puts into limp mode

just read that and printed the instructions, dealer says "have to hook it up to the digital wrench"..... BULL**** I say..... will try to adjust the throttle freeplay tonight, and tell her to stop being so hard on that machine.

Gee Tyler, Are you a little jealous that she twists that throttle a little too hard, think about that for a moment and come to the realization that if she twists your throttle too hard there is no repairing that puppy.

after this issue going away, then coming back, then going away, then coming back, I took it into the dealer.

It turns out one of the pins in the connector going into the "throttle block" (4wd switch and throttle lever) was loose, and thus why this code was intermittent. Didn't matter how many different online checks I did it never fully cured this issue. However, I took it in on Friday, and it was ridden hard all weekend with no further issues, so it appears to be cured!
