The green is kinda growing on me. Reminds me of my old 79' jag 440

I agree. My dad was a Mopar-man from way back and the green reminds me of his 68 GTX that we fixed up together when I was a teenager. The new 70's washout green is way more agreeable than the old "John Deere Green" and the 2011 "jade" green on the HCR's. This new shade will be easy to dress up and make the sled look real pretty... :):)

I can't understand why the f#@& these manufactures keep coming out with taller windshieds on the mountain machines every year. Polaris did the same I see, tall on the rmk pro, short on the rush....???

Is the rumor true of 180+ HP on the 1000 sno pro??

Well, I am a little disappointed too. I was hoping for little changes here and there, not just color changes!! The M sled has proven itself as an awesome mountain sled, but AC needs to step up and do some subtle body changes if they want to remain a top seller in the mtn sled market!! Painting those spindles is so WRONG!! What are they going to look like in a year or two, when the paint is chipping off?? The windshield needs to be redesigned fer sure....too tall for a mtn sled. I love the seat (I have one on my 08) but......I really don't know what AC was thinking with that color scheme on the seat of that Snopro. Well, all I can say is I'm glad my hubby bought a 2010 Snopro M8 and I'm loving my 08 M8 more and more after seeing those pics!! lol:d:d:d:d:d:d

couple of things that truly bother me I love the M-series sleds but the cost of replacing hoods is outrageous almost 600 dollars for a stock hood is a crime, other companies have gone to smaller hoods lighter weight and larger side panels, seems to me that if you ride your sleds in the mountains you will eventually end up in trees. I can replace bumpers and hoods on other sleds for about 1/4 the cost of a arctic cat hood, i also believe this would be to bring the styling of the sleds to the next generation. next trail manners, I love the boondocking capabilities of the M-series I believe that the sled is second to none here, but I can't unload out of my trailer and be boondocking there is always some trails to get to where we are going to ride the M sleds are beating us senseless on shelled out trails to and from riding areas, why can skidoo and polaris balance on trail and off trail ride and my M is so one sided. to spend the money on new M then drop another 6500 for turbo and clutching would be nice not to have to drop another 1800-2500 for a new rear skid.Really makes me wonder who is doing the developing and testing for arctic cat would sure like it if some one would listen to what people that are riding their products are saying.

If you wanna change the ride and handling - get the rear skid revalved with the CB / Fox Backcountry pkg. Best money I've ever spent on a sled - cost me $360 Cdn installed + tax. Nexxtech in Sherwood Park did the revalve.

well lucky for all those who dont like the new color, we have 2010's left....lol -and their on sale!!!!:d

the color grows on ya.....honest, i said the same thing on first glance but the more i looked at it the less it made me want to turn away....
after all they could have just changed the decals...... and the le s come with extra stuff...:eek:

for all those who want to try something diff,,, they do have a 144 in the f chassis that is available in the162 hp 800 HO and the 177 hp z1 turbo and you can easily stretch either out to 153 or 162- the F chassis is an awesome trail sled none better, but not quite as qood as the m chassis in the hills....

kinda like wanting an allseason tire to be as good as a winter tread in a snowstorm.....

dont give up too soon on the cats.....there an excellent machine

but thats my two bits....course thats why we all have a choice.....

Keep an open mind
