2010 m8 rear suspension prob

I pumped up my rear shock to 125 psi. But she saggs almost flat. When I lift the rear up, it's at 125, but when I let go she is over 200, but almost no suspension left. Is my shock shot? It has no travel left, ( it dosent bounce back)

Is the track sitting flat on the floor? If it is on anything it will not work right.
