New to ski-doo, picked up sled and noticed slight oil leak at the exhaust port on the left side of engine. Sled seems to run fine, just wondering what leak could be. thanks for the help.

replace the exhaust gaskets and get on with it......... The exhaust gasket is leaking, and that's all......... Happened on our '04 800 as well. Exhaust gasket was blown out for about 1/8" of the gasket and caused oil residue all over the front of the engine.......be sure to blue loctite and torque the bolts into place

Could be a RAVE gasket leaking as well. They have little holes in them on the bottom side for drainage and sometimes they leak. Pull the RAVE, Y-pipe and check all the gaskets, doesn't sound serious though.

yah try and find some cardboard ones if you can. i find the metal faced ones leak faster.

i would reccommend using nordlock washers on the exhaust manifold bolts.
